What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All shipping charges are based on the number of items being shipped using ground shipping service. This includes packing and handling fees as well as shipping.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
How long will delivery take?
We have multiple distribution centers and based on current stock levels will ship from the location nearest you. This means that most* shipments will arrive within 2 days of shipping avoiding the need for expensive Next Day or 2nd Day Air shipping.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you place your order one of our Team members will personally review your order and ensure that there are not any problems, then determine the location nearest your shipping location that has the item(s) in stock. Your order will then be processed for shipping. This typically happens the same day you order unless there is an item that is not in stock. Once shipped 90%+ of our customers receive their shipment within 2 business days.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Absolutely. We understand that you are running a business. We also understand the need for documentation that you have purchased products or services. One of our team members will send you a paid invoice once your order has been processed.
